Indeed, anyone who fulfils his pledge and is conscientious, then God loves the conscientious.

Those who trade God's pledge and their oaths for a small price will have no portion in the Hereafter. God will not speak to them nor look at them on the day of Resurrection, nor purify them, and they will have a painful retribution.

From amongst them is a group that twists their tongues with the book so that you may count it from the book, while it is not from the book, and they say it is from God while it is not from God, and they knowingly say lies about God.

It is not for a human that God would give him the book, the authority, and the prophethood, then he would say to the people: "Be servants to me rather than to God!", rather: "Be devotees to what you have been taught of the book, and to what you studied."

Nor does he order you that you take the controllers and the prophets as lords. Would he order you to reject after you have peacefully surrendered?
