Medyen'e de kardeşleri Şuayb'ı gönderdik. Şöyle dedi: "Ey toplumum! Allah'a kulluk edin. Size O'ndan başka ilah yok! Size Rabbinizden açık bir kanıt gelmiştir. Ölçü ve tartı da dürüst davranın. İnsanların eşyasına el koymaya tenezzül etmeyin. Yeryüzünde, orası barışa kavuştuktan sonra bozgun çıkarmayın. Eğer inanan insanlarsanız bu sizin için daha hayırlıdır."

Medyen'e de soydaşları Şuayb'i gönderdik. "Ey kavmim!" dedi, "Yalnızca Allah'a kulluk edin! Sizin O'ndan başka ilahınız yok: size Rabbinizden hakikatin apaçık belgeleri gelmiştir. Artık (her şeyde) ölçüyü ve tartıyı tam gözetin, insanları hakları olan şeylerden mahrum bırakmayın ve iyi bir düzene sokulmuşken yeryüzünde fesat çıkarmayın! Bütün bunlar sizin hayrınızadır: tabi ki gerçekten Allah'a güveniyorsanız!

To Midyan we sent their brother Shu'aib. He said, "O my people, worship GOD; you have no other god beside Him. Proof has come to you from your Lord. You shall give full weight and full measure when you trade. Do not cheat the people out of their rights. Do not corrupt the earth after it has been set straight. This is better for you, if you are believers.

And to Midyan, their brother Shu'ayb, he said: "My people, serve God, you have no god besides Him. Clarity has come to you from your Lord, so give full weight and measure, and do not hold back from the people what belongs to them, and do not make corruption on the earth after it has been set right. That is better for you if you believe."

To Midian, their brother Shuayb, he said, "My people, serve God, you have no god besides Him.
