Ve Adem'e şöyle buyurmuştuk: "Ey Adem, sen ve eşin cennete yerleşin ve ondan dilediğiniz yerde, bol bol yiyin. Ama şu ağaca yaklaşmayın, yoksa zulme sapanlardan olursunuz."

Ve dedik ki: "Adem! Sen ve eşin şu bahçeye yerleşin, orada canınızın çektiği her şeyden serbestçe yiyin, şu ağaca da yaklaşayım demeyin, sonra zalimlerden olursunuz."

We said, "O Adam, live with your wife in Paradise, and eat therefrom generously, as you please, but do not approach this tree, lest you sin."

And We said: "O Adam, reside you and your mate in the paradise, and eat from it bountifully as you both wish, and do not come near this tree, else you will be of those who have wronged."
