Şimşek, neredeyse gözlerini çarpıp götürüverecek. Kendilerine her aydınlık sunduğunda, orada yürürler. Üzerlerine karanlık binince çakılıp kalırlar. Eğer Allah dileseydi, işitme güçlerini de gözlerini de elbette alıp götürürdü. Çünkü Allah her şeye Kadir'dir.

Şimşek neredeyse gözlerini kör eder; onları ne zaman aydınlatsa, o aydınlıkta yol alırlar; ne zaman da karanlık üzerlerine çökse, ayakta kalakalırlar. Ve eğer Allah dileseydi, işitme ve görme duyularını giderirdi; çünkü Allah'ın her şeye gücü yeter.
