Doğrusu Allah, gördüğü rüyayı gerçekleştirmek suretiyle Elçisini tasdik etmiştir: Elbet Allah dilerse Mescid-i Haram'a güven içerisinde, başlarınız tıraşlı veya kısa kesilmiş olarak ve asla korkuya kapılmadan gireceksiniz: çünkü O sizin bilmediğinizi bilmektedir ve bundan ayrı olarak yakında gerçekleşecek bir fetih takdir etmiştir.

GOD has fulfilled His messenger's truthful vision: "You will enter the Sacred Masjid, GOD willing, perfectly secure, and you will cut your hair or shorten it (as you fulfill the pilgrimage rituals) there. You will not have any fear. Since He knew what you did not know, He has coupled this with an immediate victory."

God has affirmed, that the vision of His messenger will come true: "You will enter the Restricted Temple, God willing, secure, with your heads shaven, and shortened - no longer in fear." Thus, He knew what you did not know, and He has appointed before this a conquest near at hand.
