(Ey Nebi!) Biz senden önce de yemek yiyen, çarşıda pazarda dolaşan insanlar dışında hiçbir peygamber göndermemişizdir. Bazılarınızı diğerleriniz için sınama vesilesi kıldık ki, bakalım sabrediyor musunuz? (Bunu siz öğrenesiniz diye böyle yaptık); yoksa senin Rabbin zaten her şeyi görmektedir.

We did not send any messengers before you who did not eat food and walk in the markets. We thus test you by each other; will you steadfastly persevere? Your Lord is Seer.
