Musa, kızgın ve hayal kırıklığına uğramış olarak halkına döndü ve "Halkım, Efendiniz size güzel bir söz vermemiş miydi? Bekleyemediniz mi? Yoksa, Efendinizin gazabına uğramak için mi benimle yaptığınız sözleşmeyi bozdunuz?" dedi.
